Policies
At Chantal El-Shaddai Hair Braiding, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our beautiful Salon. - Appointments: Appointments can be made by text messages through 240-779-7597
- Walk-ins: Walkin-ins are welcome
- Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle, Cashapp
- Cancellations: Please inform us 48 hours before cancelling or changing your scheduled appointment time.
- Late Arrivals: Please call and let us know. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client.
If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
Corrections: We offer all our clients 48 hours from the time of their hair services for complain and redo/correction of their hair if they are not satisfy with the service they received at our salon.
